Monthly Coaching

Most custom training programs use general heart rate guidelines to dictate the course of action. Instead of sticking to a regimented program like this, we use the FaCT methodology to determine your individual response to the training program. By maintaining a keen sense of personal performance, we can determine whether in fact a given program is meeting your goals.

The monitoring of every athletes program is can be broken into two major parts, Macro and Micro monitoring. The Macro monitoring of each athlete will include to a FaCT Lactate Balance Point Test. Using this objective data, a program will be tailored to work on current weaknesses and build upon strengths. The Micro monitoring of each athlete is achieved with the help of a simple step test and can be done on a weekly basis with the right trainer at home or any fitness facility. With this ability to monitor you training at such a refined level, performance plateau’s, regression and over training become a thing of the past.

  • Private Coaching, Consultations and Bike Servicing

    One-on-One Coaching

    A private coaching session to help you make the changes need to be faster and to stay injury free. This service is available for swimming, biking and running.

    Consultations

    We can set up a meeting were we can talk about an upcoming event. Many of the stresses on race day are in the details. These meetings are designed to help athletes be prepared for whatever may happen on race day.

    Bike Servicing

    This service is offered to insure peace of mind that your racing machine will be in top working condition come race day. A typical pre race servicing would include: a drivetrain cleaning, tire change, new bar tape, replacing of computer batteries, gear tuning, full bike check over, and a lube. This service is charged by the hour and the cost of parts is extra.
