Bike Sessions

Friday Night Spins

  • Friday night spin: 6pm-8pm
  • Start date: Oct. 15
  • Finish date: April 15
  • Duration: 2hrs
  • Focus: Build what we gained over the summer and overall structural improvement.
  • We’ll also have a 15min core session after.
  • Drop in Cost per session: $20

  • Starting January 7th, Tri It will be hosting Coach Luke's 8 weeks of cycling base building. These sessions will be focused on increasing aerobic base on the bike, which will make us stronger, faster, and less prone to injury. And this, all before work in the morning! Why: Get fitter, get faster, train smarter, burn fat, leaves time for family after work, etc. Please register in advance. Email coachluke@triway.ca to register!

    Brick Sessions

    Sunday Brick: noon-3ish

    • Sunday Brick: 12pm-3:30pm
    • Start date: Oct. 17
    • Finish date: April 17
    • Duration: 2.5 to 4hrs
    • Focus: Structural improvement, technique and skills on the bike and run, and education about the different systems we use in endurance sport.

    • Join me this winter every Sunday for a Brick workout. The Winter season is the time to build your base. The workouts that I we will do at these sessions are focused on riding in your ideal base building zone. Using the theories from the FaCT system, we can determine your ideal base build zone at the start of every workout. After a two hours of riding we will head out for a sixty minute run to finish off the workout. Every once and a while, I will lead include my famous HOUR OF POWER. This intense workout is sure to get you pumping and it appears when you least suspect it!

Camps

Off Road Triathlon Camps

  • Join the Luke and Rosemarie for 2 days of fun training for the up coming Xterra Canada Series. We will be practicing our swim in the mornings and then we'll head out onto the Canmore Nordic Center for some mountain biking skills training. To finish off the day, we'll head out for a fun trail run. In total, there will be about 10-12hrs of training during this weekend camp.

    • This training camp was originally a spur of the moment, weekend of training camp. Ever since, it's become a legendary camp that will do the final sharpening your system needs prior to Ironman Canada or Xterra Canada.
